I purchased this to replace an older version of the same product I bought 7 years ago.I think it's one of the best programs for counting calories that is available at a reasonable price.The extensive database of brand name foods makes it so much easier to use than other programs I have tried.And I like the way it tracks your exercise as well and uses the calories burned to offset the ones you comsume each day.The comprehensive reports of nutrients are excellent as well.
