Taylor Electronic SuperBrite Bath Scale Review

We purchased this particular scale a few months ago, but now all we get is a "err" whenever we step on the scales.We have changed the batteries.It was only used 2 times and it is very disappointing not to know where to go for help.Since Target no longer will except returns.I don't have the receipt any longer and now feel as though we got a lemon.
